Meditation, Breathwork, and Reiki

Shaun is a meditation and breathwork guide with many years of dedicated study and practice experience. Shaun’s involvement in martial arts for the past 35 years has contributed to his meditation practice and use of controlled breathwork. He customizes simple breath and meditation practices for clients to help ease the nervous system, release pain, and deepen clarity and awareness. The methods he teaches are designed for anyone to learn and implement into everyday life.

Shaun’s teachings are largely informed by yoga practice. Shaun is currently working toward his 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certification through “Yoga Alliance”. He is also a Level 1 Instructor in the Wim Hof Breathing Technique and a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist with CanfitPro.  These meditation and breathing techniques involve bringing attention to sensations as they occur, creating a state of enhanced awareness. In this heightened state, habitual patterns of thinking are paused, making way for spontaneous insight and profound experiences of peace, gratitude, and compassion.

Shaun is also a Level II Reiki Instructor and incorporates energy work into sessions as requested.
